Considered one of the most prestigious addresses on the waterfront, the Terminal has only 72 suites. Originally the Terminal Warehouse Building built in 1926, Developer Zeidler Grinnell Partnership renovated the building in 1983 into a mix of office and retail spaces with the residental condominiums on top of the original building. This was one of the first conversions of a former industrial building in Toronto. The Art Deco Style complex has received numerous awards and encompasses a retail center of over 30 shops, restaurants, cafes, Sobeys grocery store, multilevel interior courtyards, office spaces on 9 levels and even a 450 seat Premiere Dance Theatre.
