BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
At 14 storeys with only 32 suites, and situated at the corner of Adelaide and Charlotte St., it's at the apex off all things urban – theatres, fine dining restaurants, and the Air Canada Centre, to name a few. Considered "residential sister" to one of Terrelonge's other design projects – the luxurious Templar Hotel – it has just one to three suites per floor and those range from a substantial 1,066 square feet to a whopping 3,868 square feet.
Prices range from $499,900 to more than $1 million for the penthouse suites. Maintenance fees are 39 cents per square foot. Every suite has a minimum eight-foot wraparound terrace with Ipe Brazilian hardwood decking material. The penthouses have stunning views – the upper villa has a 728-square-foot wraparound terrace with walk-up to a private 1,545-square-foot rooftop, while the lower penthouse has a 976-square-foot wraparound terrace with private spa pool.
All the apartments have standard features that read more like upgrades. These include ensuites for every bedroom, oversized custom soaker tub, Hansgrohe fixtures, Interlubke wardrobe systems with sliding glass doors and multiple interior compartments, Miele kitchen appliances, AGE washer and dryer, kitchen cabinetry by Poggenpohl, floors of Brazilian Ipe hardwood, teak, walnut, or American Willow, and solid hardwood front door.
Once potential buyers browse these key areas, they can work with a designer to create a flexible space that maximizes the configuration for them, choosing from eight different layouts that can be applied to almost any of the floor plans. They leave with a computer rendering that shows what the space will look like and contain – including wardrobe systems – plus an open area for them to sketch in their furniture placement.
Included in every purchase are a Weber barbecue, a one-year free membership to the Templar VIP club, membership to Zipcar, and either a high-performance Ducati Corse bicycle or a Piaggio motor scooter.
