A former CBC props warehouse with over 100 lofts that were completed in 1998 by the Sorbara Group, The Brewery Lofts are large, with 14 foot ceilings, mushroom columns and polished concrete floors.  Penthouses  have there own spiral stairs reaching a sprawling rooftop terraces with nothing but sunshine.  The buildings facilities include party room, fitness room and conference areas, but no concierge and security guard.  Many of the suites have been treated like a blank canvas and the owners have done extensive upgrades to their suites.
